I used both of those to hello there Kylie in Nola tell us a little bit about what you like about music and I like lost about music is when we sing in Cannon and unison hello my name is Eric Gonzalez and I'm a student at Stony Hill Elementary School so for example in February we used to come books to research about African Americans because it was Black History Month use them to take notes and then we did our reports so I like doing them because you could do all sorts of reports and in the future maybe you could do one two you want to tell us a little bit. mindfulness today do you know about the kinds of the parts of the brain that you use Siri make a Chihuahua is a security guard and your proof of the cortex helps make good decisions hey Lucy and Sofia you're going to tell us a little bit about the weird series that you learned about police police and island of if somebody going to believe that you should stand up for them and it's not good to be really cuz you're going to hurt other people's feelings and I earrings that maybe like Sam was bullying them because she wants to be friends with the give me the best thing about Stony Hill is that our school feels like family as a staff we treat each other like family we care for each other we support one another we help each other and that feeling spreads out to how we feel about the children in this building this is the building that really cares about which one another and really truly feel like they're family I am I second grade paraprofessional and it just kitties classroom and I wanted to tell you at Stonehill school that we're doing some Community projects we're doing in the community first of all we had purple sock challenge shelters and we had our Thanksgiving Festival where we also are the different shelters in for food and we had we had our stem projects for Community people have come into the classroom Heroes and that was a great success invited to come into our classrooms for reading the classrooms are next highlighted Bridge with the community is animal rescue rainbow rescue 23rd children is so excited bringing in pictures of their pets past presents pets and will be raising money for about rescuing dogs in adoption story Hill school is a wonderful friendly warm and caring hi I'm just para second grade teacher and there are many reasons that I think Stony Hill school is great but one of them is that the teachers do such a wonderful job supporting each other and that at the end of the day we can have a good laugh about what's maybe gone right maybe what could go a little bit better the next day and that were always challenging ourselves to be the best we can to help our children be most successful hi my name is Jackie Sullivan I am a first-year teacher here at Stoney now but I've taught for many years and other districts I really want to say how Stony Hill is and it's a wonderful environment to work in all the teachers are very inclusive they help is help me made in vitamins that classroom they've been inviting it's really been a wonderful place to work a place that I get up every day stay to myself I can't wait to go to work and that's such a great feeling because I really love my job don't think of my job as a job I think of it as a passion and I feel that here I feel that everyone feels that that same love and caring feeling no matter what class I say no matter who I speak to it's been very exciting working here because I really enjoyed taking on the challenge math Workshop reader's Workshop I'm in really seeing the luck on my students faces of can they not only I teach them to be rotation but they really understand why they're doing what they're doing and the excitement they have show me excitement for what they are doing and they know why they know what it is they know how to do it and they really know the reason why and I just appreciate all of the help that I've been given in Korean. And mrs. Keith just this whole district has been really welcoming to me so thank you Miss in stainless for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful family
